Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 25 years old.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of driving experience is required.

Documentation: A valid Passport and a Driver’s License (with Latin alphabet characters or an International Driving Permit) must be presented at the time of pickup.

Standard Coverage: All rentals include Third-Party Liability and Collision Damage coverage for public and standard gravel roads.

The Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $700 (cash only) is held during the rental period to cover the insurance deductible.

Exclusions: Standard insurance does not cover damage to tires, the windshield, or the vehicle's underbody. Damage resulting from negligence or driving under the influence is the full responsibility of the renter.

Owner Responsibility: Technical assistance, roadside support, and vehicle repairs are provided directly by the vehicle owner/provider. Their contact details will be provided upon booking and during the vehicle handover.

MyWay.kg Assistance: In the event of a dispute or if you are unable to reach the vehicle owner, the MyWay.kg support team can assist by facilitating communication and providing the owner's secondary contact information.

Repairs: All mechanical issues must be reported to the owner immediately. Do not attempt unauthorized repairs without the owner’s explicit consent.

Service Model: MyWay.kg acts as a bridge connecting travelers with local vehicle owners and professional drivers. While we vet our partners for quality, the rental agreement is a contract between the renter and the vehicle owner.

Fees & Payments: The total price includes the vehicle owner's rate and the MyWay.kg service fee. Prepayments are handled via our secure platform to guarantee your reservation.

Road Types: Vehicles are intended for public asphalt and established gravel roads.

Prohibited Areas: Driving through deep rivers, "extreme" off-roading without a trail, or entering restricted border zones without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Border Crossings: Travel to Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan is possible but requires prior notification and additional documentation (fees may apply).

Fuel Policy: "Like-for-like." The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as provided at pickup.

Cleanliness: Vehicles are provided clean. A cleaning fee may be applied by the owner for excessively dirty interiors or exteriors upon return.

Additional Fees: If your selected pickup or drop-off location is different from the vehicle's home city, extra charges may apply. For long distances, an extra rental day fee might be included to cover travel time. Please note: These extra fees for custom locations are not included in the final MyWay price tag and will be charged directly by the partner/vehicle owner.
