Booking Rules, Timing & Pickup Point
- The 5-Passenger Threshold: To keep this service affordable, a vehicle is confirmed for a specific date only if a minimum of 5 individual passenger spots are booked. If the total signups for your day are less than 5, the ride will be canceled, and you will be notified promptly with a full refund or rescheduling options.
- Flexible Timing: The departure window is scheduled between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM. Because we dynamically coordinate logistics to group trekkers together, your exact pickup time will be assigned on the previous evening.
- Meeting Location: The mandatory gathering point for loading all passengers and backpacks is at the Pobeda (Victory) Park main gate in Karakol. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your confirmed departure time.
4. Survival Notes for the Gorge Road
🤢 Pro-Traveler Survival Note: The 16-kilometer track leading up the valley is an absolute rollercoaster of boulders, river crossings, and steep mud pitches. It is spectacularly, intensely bumpy. We strongly recommend not eating a heavy meal right before the ride!
