Special Service for Silk Road Mountain Race (SRMR) 2026 Participants

Below you will find the booking rules, pickup logistics, and travel information for the shared shuttle service organized for SRMR 2026 racers.

1. Shared Shuttle Overview

To facilitate convenient travel to the starting line of the Silk Road Mountain Race (SRMR) 2026, we are offering a dedicated shared shuttle service from Bishkek to Talas. This service is customized for participants carrying bicycles and racing gear, ensuring a stress-free journey with fellow riders.

MyWay is a booking platform, and rides are operated by third-party transport operators or private licensed drivers.

2. Booking & Running Rules

To keep the cost affordable for individual participants, this shuttle operates on a shared cost model. Please read the following confirmation terms carefully:

Van Confirmation Criteria

Full Occupancy Required: A van is only confirmed to run once all 8 seats are booked and confirmed.
Cutoff Deadline: The cutoff date/time is strictly 2 days (48 hours) before the planned ride date.
Payment Method: The ride fee must be paid in cash directly to the driver upon pickup.
Cancellation Status: If a van does not reach full capacity (8/8 seats) by the cutoff, the ride will be cancelled. Since payment is made directly to the driver on pickup, no upfront payments are required.

3. Bike & Luggage Policy

Transporting high-end racing bicycles safely requires special packaging. To fit everyone's gear and prevent damage, the following rule applies:

Bikes in Boxes Only

We allow only bikes packed in boxes. Fully assembled bikes, loose wheels, or bikes in soft bags without proper structural protection cannot be accommodated due to space and safety constraints.

4. Pickup Locations & Fees

To ensure efficiency, we offer city center pickup options. Please review the locations where we can and cannot collect you:

Available Pickups

Bishkek Center (Free Zone): Free pickup from any hotel or address located within the city center area (bounded by Jibek Jolu Avenue, Jash Gvardiya Blvd, Lev Tolstoy Street, and Sultan Ibraimov Street).
Other Bishkek Areas: Pickup from other parts of Bishkek is available for an additional fee of 500 KGS per location.

Unavailable Pickups

Airport Pickup: Direct pickup from Manas Airport (FRU/BSZ) is not possible. Please use an airport taxi to reach the city center.
Distant Areas: Pickup from distant city outskirts or suburban areas is not possible.

5. Ride Timeline & Stops

Because this is a shared service with multiple pickup locations, please plan for the following schedule flow:

Initial Pickup Process: Due to sequential passenger and bike loading across different locations, the vehicle will spend approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in Bishkek before heading out to Talas. We appreciate your patience during loading.
Lunch Stop: We will make a stop for lunch during the ride, allowing you to rest and get a meal.

6. Dropoff in Talas

Once we reach Talas, you don't have to worry about additional transfers:
